Type 1. Dual plain
Part of implant is placed under the muscle at upper breast, and part of implant is placed between breast muscle and breast tissue at lower breast. So it can prevent from double inframammary fold under the breast. It is commonly used method these days as this can make more natural-looking breast.
Type 2. Between breast muscle and the breast tissue
If there is enough soft tisssue(breast tissue and subcutaneous tissue) you can get more satisfactory results.
Type 3. Under the breast muscle
It is the method to place implants under the breast muscle so there is low chance of feeling implants when touching it, and it can make more natural-looking breasts. Chance of contracture is relatively low so it is commonly used method.
1. Transaxillary Incision
Incision of 3~4cm is made under armpit's wrinkled area.
Since the operation is a bit complex, yet leaves relatively a small scar, it is very popular among women who are sensitive about scar.
2. Periareolar Incision
Incision is made along the bottom of areola.
Women are now able to wear sleeveless shirts and careless about scar after breast surgery by using periareolar incision.
3. Inframammary Incision
Incision of 3~4cm is made along where a natural fold is created between breast and abdomen.
This method allows an optimal view during surgery that procedure is rather simple with short duration.
