Samantha's Real Story!

TYPES OF SURGERY: DOUBLE EYELID SURGERY, EPICANTHOPLASTY, LATERAL CANTHOPLASTY & LIFTING

BEFORE & AFTER

SURGERY D-DAY

My surgery was in the morning, and because I had to fast I thought I was going to be really hungry so I ate a lot the day before but now my face looks bloated.
On the day of the surgery, the surgeon came in and designed the surgery procedures, and I was contemplating if I should go through with the surgery or not because I was so afraid that it was going to hurt.
But the surgery was not as painful as I expected it to be, and it wasn’t bad at all.

AFTER SURGERY

How I look right after surgery!
My eyes were really swelled after the surgery and I started wondering about when the swelling would be reduced.

POST SURGERY - DAY 7

Aside from using the ice pack as much as I could, moving around a lot also helps with the reduction if swelling and it worked because my swelling really reduced.
My friends saw the difference after surgery and told me that it turned out really good, and the results are better than they expected, which made me happy.

Many people say that once you go under the knife, you would always want to fix other things about your face/body but I just want to live like this. That’s all.

The swelling has reduced so much and now I don’t feel pain or even discomfort.
My eyes have also become bigger and nowadays I get a lot of questions on where did my eyes.
Now many people actually think that my double eyelids naturally mine because of how well it healed and how natural it looks, which is what I like.

Yuri's Real Story!

TYPES OF SURGERY: DOUBLE EYELID SURGERY, EPICANTHOPLASY & RHINOPLASTY

BEFORE SURGERY

This is my face without any make-up on before surgery. I had dull eyes and flat nose compared to my face, so I’m a bit embarrassed when I see it now. After a few days and days, I finally decided to do surgery for my dream.

RIGHT AFTER SURGERY

On the first day, I didn’t have much swelling (I liked at first due to less swelling). But after 2-3 days, the swelling got worst, and it had been healed gradually after.

I heard people around me said that removing stitches is so painful, but it was not that bad. It stung a little bit, but not painful at all. Probably, the professional doctor had done a very good job. XD

POST SURGERY - 2 MONTHS

At this time, my eyelids were completely settled and looked natural. Compared to my old pictures, my eyes look more clear and pretty, and people around me kept saying I look beautiful.

I usually get swelling a lot, so I worried if it was going to last for a long time. But the swelling got reduced so much earlier than I expected. Also, I worried about the scar due to epicanthoplasty, but it was not noticeable at all and healed up fast.

I have been looking at the mirror these days, and I am mistaken because I thought that I was like this originally. My nose was low, so I was not confident in my side profile. However, after the operation, I feel more confident and love my side face. Of course, the front face looks also pretty. People keep saying that the surgery went really well. It gets more natural as time goes on, and I am very confident myself at any angle. Even my parents love to see how I become confident and active in everything after surgery. Do not worry. If you put off more, your dream will be delayed as well.

Sukunya's Real Story!

TYPES OF SURGERY: NOSE REVISION, LATERAL CANTHOPLASTY & FAT GRAFTING

BEFORE SURGERY
Because there are many surgeries that are going to be happening, this is a big surgery and despite knowing how complex my facial structure is, I still did all my surgeries at the same time.

POST SURGERY - DAY 2

On the day after my surgery, my swellings became very severe. My face was extremely swollen so I continuously used the ice pack to reduce it. Because I also did rhinoplasty, there were cottons in my nose, which meant I could only breathe through my mouth which was hard as well. I have to keep a lookout but I just wish I could wash my face as soon as possible.

POST SURGERY - DAY 6

I still have a lot of swellings right? Despite that, seeing the changes every day with my face makes me flutter and gets me excited. I hope time passes by fast so that my swellings can go down fast and I could put on make-up and look pretty as soon as I can. I am really excited.

POST SURGERY -DAY 8

Yesterday I went to the hospital and got my stitches removed and received treatment for my swellings. After removing my stitches, it felt like my swellings around my eyes reduced a lot. It is still swelled and rounded though. Nevertheless, I feel like every day I’m seeing progress.

POST SURGERY - 1 MONTH

I think my swellings reduced faster than usual because I was receiving the treatments very well. There are still minor swellings but it will reduce as time passes by so I don’t really think or care about it. And I felt even more relieved after the surgeon touched my face to examine it and said that the surgery went well.

POST SURGERY - 2 MONTHS

As I was wondering when time will pass by, it is already my post 2 months after surgery! I met my friends a few days ago and they were shocked when they saw me. They asked me how and why I became prettier and how did it become smaller. They also said because now there are fats in my face that I look way younger and I received many compliments. If you have a face like mine which has almost no fats, please do try out fat grafting.

POST SURGERY - 3 MONTHS

As much pain and hardship I went through, I feel like I became just as much prettier too. I feel like I am living a different life now which makes me happier. But because I wanted to remember this moment, I went to the studio and got pictures taken for myself. What do you guys think about these pictures? Don’t I look like a celebrity? Hahaha!

‘Tips for Finding Safe Plastic Surgery Clinics’ from Chief Doctor, Jong Pil Chung of Cinderella Clinic in Korea.

Many people from overseas country come to Korea for plastic surgery. However, how do you find safe hospitals among various hospitals? Let's take a look at 'Tips for Finding Safe Plastic Surgery Clinics' by Chief Doctor, Jong Pil Chung of Cinderella in Korea.

1.     Make sure to select a board-certified plastic surgeon by Korean Board of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Jong Pil Chung: In Korea, there are a lot of plastic surgery clinics or hospitals where the surgeons only have been certified in other specialty, but not in plastic surgery field. Non-qualified doctors are graduted from College of Medicine in Korea and taken national examination, but didn’t achieve qualification in plastic surgery. To become board-certified plastic surgeon, the surgeon has to graduate from medical school, acquire knowledge of plastic surgery professionally, pass national examination, pass the examination again through five years of practical traning, and get certification from Korean Board of Plastic Surgery.

2.     Make sure if a board-certified anesthesiologist is resident during surgery.
Dr. Jong Pil Chung: Majority of medical accidents in plastic surgery are caused by anesthetic accidents. In the media reports about accidents caused by plastic surgery, more than 50% of tragic accidents are caused by anesthesia. In addition to the physician’s skills, the anesthetic environment is also very relevant. Therefore, if you consider to get facial contouring, two jar surgery, or breast surgery, you need general anesthesia. So please make sure that the qualified anesthesiologist resides especially if you are looking for aesthetic beauty. The anesthesiologist chooses a safe and appropriate anesthetic method considereing the physical condition of the patient and the time of operation. In addition to this, before surgery, the patient’s condition must be checked completely in advance. In order to prevent the danger that may occur during the operation, the patient is prepared to take pre-operative examination such as breathing, pulse, blood pressure, and body temperature.

3.     Make sure if there is emergency medical equipment in hospital.
Dr. Jong Pil Chung: In addition to the skills of the hospital and the surgeon, there is also important factor to consider whether the hospital has emergency medical equipment. First of all, professional medical facilities should be  arranged so that they can be put directly into the surgical field. The most important equipments are cardiac defibrillators and medical ventilators. Furthermore, if the hospital has a large-capacity battery and an uninterruptible power system to respond to emergencies such as power outages, the surgery will be proceed more safely. A power outage can be thought of as a minor accident and the probability of occurrence is low, but if it happens, it will lead to an accident. Especially in hospital, a brief outage can cause irreparable tragedy.
In conclusion, in addition to the three tips mentioned above, plastic surgeons must operate saftely for customers who want asethetic beauty. Please make sure to find legitimate hospital and qualified physician who can take charge of your face and life.

Lee Seungjae's Real Story!

TYPE OF SURGERY: V-LINE

DAY OF SURGERY

I heard from someone that V-LINE surgeries are really painful, so when I laid on the surgery bed I was really scared. After being induced with anesthesia, I woke up in the recovery room after the surgery was completed. My throat was feeling very uncomfortable. I was not allowed to drink water for 4 hours after the surgery so I was having a hard time, but I could still bear with it. I had to stay the night in the hospital but the nurse gave me a painkiller shot so because of that I slept really well.

POST SURGERY - DAY 4

I’ve been going through some hardships for a few days but now I feel better I did a lot of gargling practices, and my eyes are still swelled up so my friends tease me about it sometimes. I wonder how cool I will look in the future, I hope to heal fast!

POST SURGERY - 1 MONTH

It’s been a month since I did my surgery! There are still swellings left and when I eat, aside from sounds that I hear often, there was nothing uncomfortable about it I can’t eat complete solid food for three months after my surgery so I have to be careful.

POST SURGERY - 6 MONTHS

It’s been 6 months. Doesn’t it look more natural than before? I am really very satisfied now. A lot of my friends gained interest in surgery after looking at the results.

BEFORE SURGERY

Donna's Real Story!

TYPE OF SURGERY: RHINOPLASTY
I’ve gotten consultations from many famous hospitals, but I decided to get my surgery at Cinderella. As many people are already aware of, Cinderella clinic is known for being kind and hospitable. The Chief surgeon, Dr. Chung Jong Pil is very meticulous, and the staffs are very kind as well. Thus why I booked my appointment for my surgery without any hesitation.

DAY OF SURGERY
I felt like I was in a dream after the anesthesia. After the surgery, a nurse woke me up, and I did not feel any kind of pain. But, the only discomfort I had was that I had difficulty with breathing through my nose due to the cotton that blocked my breathing. So, I had to breathe through my mouth, and because of that, my mouth became dry very easily.

POST SURGERY – DAY 3
I had to walk a lot every day, and also apply the ice pack as much as I could near my nose to reduce the swelling. Unfortunately, I couldn’t help with the bruise and swelling. During the treatment, a nurse told me that I’d gotten more swelling due to fat grafting. I wouldn’t have this much swelling if I only had the nose surgery done.

POST SURGERY – 7 DAYS
Finally, I’ve been waiting for a long time to remove the stitches. I couldn’t wait to see the shape of my nose since I was worried about my hump nose. It looks more natural than I expected, so I’m very satisfied with the result. I love the side-line of my face. After the swelling reduced, it would look prettier. I was so excited to see my face!

POST SURGERY – 15 DAYS
I could get my makeup done, go outside, and meet my friends. My friends said that the line of my nose was very pretty and I gave such a good impression now (first impression), and they envied me for that. I’ve been looking into a mirror every day, and I was very satisfied and really impressed with my nose. Usually, people are unsatisfied until 1-3 months, but I had a huge satisfaction with my nose at this time. LOL.

POST SURGERY – 6 MONTHS
Do you see my side-line? Isn’t it incredible? I really do love it. Choosing Cinderella was the best decision I’ve ever made. I admire the efforts of Dr. Chung and staffs; they were very nice to me. I asked so many questions every day because I was too worried. I am very thankful for all the very kind and detailed information from them. Now, I’m very satisfied and I feel blissed.

Jung Dayoon's Real Story!

SURGERY DATE: 6TH OCTOBER 2017

Before going through with surgery, I had to do a lot of research through the internet, and I worried a lot if I should go through with the surgery or not as it is my first time I was going through surgery.

So during that time, I had my friends who stayed by my side so I was able to take the courage and get my surgery done. To be honest I’m cute even before surgery...Haha, let me brag a little bit.

These pictures below are images on the day of the surgery itself right after my surgery was completed. It wasn’t as swelled as I thought it would be and nothing else hurt except for when I open my mouth slightly bigger, it was a little bit uncomfortable. I was energized and it wasn’t hard for me as the nurses were taking care of me well.

POST-SURGERY - DAY 4:

My face looks like a stuffed King Dumpling right? Sometimes I wonder if this really is my face. The nurse told me to use my ice pack as much as possible to reduce the swelling faster so I used the ice pack as much as I could. I was also told that I have to walk around a lot for the swelling to go down faster so I went walking as much as I could too.

POST SURGERY - 2 WEEKS:

My face is still a little swelled up but most of the swelling went down. I’ve also used the ice pack as much as I could. Now I just hope I can heal faster!

POST SURGERY - 1 MONTH:

There is still a little bit of swelling. My colleagues thought that I did fat grafting and they kept on asking me. They said I look cuter now.

POST SURGERY - 1 MONTH(+):

I think my face swelled up a little more because I have been eating a lot. I want to fully heal fast but why isn’t time passing me fast….? I don’t think I can see a difference from previously.

POST SURGERY - 4 MONTHS:

It’s already 4 months so fast. I’ve not been able to take pictures because I have been so busy. Today, during my little free time, I took some pictures.

POST SURGERY - 7 MONTHS:

I was so satisfied. The last time I went to check on my healing progress, the surgeon said that my swellings healed very well and the head of department also complimented me on how pretty I am. Why did I worry so much before this? If I had my surgery earlier, I would’ve gotten pretty earlier too.
