Chin tip surgery adjusts the position and shape of chin tip. We make your chin slimmer by
T-shape osteotomy and then adjust position and length of chin tip. And then we fix the
chin tip completely and trim your chin in smooth V-line.
Cases requiring surgery
1. Short chin
We perform T-shape osteotomy without touching nerve. And then we remove the bone chip in the middle and narrow chin tip. And we graft the bone chip on the front chin and trim overall chin into smooth V-line.
2. Long chin
We perform T-shape osteotomy without touching nerve. And then we remove the bone chip in the middle and narrow chin tip. And we trim overall chin into smooth V-line.
3. Projected chin tip
We perform T-shape osteotomy without touching nerve. And then we remove the bone chip in the middle and narrow chin tip. And we move front chin backwards and then trim overall chin into smooth V-line.
4. Asymmetric chin tip
We resect front chin and move chin to the center. And we trim overall chin.
