Three methods of low nose correction

1. If the upper part of your nose is wide
If your nose bridge is wide and low and it makes dull, masculine appearance. In this case you need osteotomy to make your nasal bone slimmer.

2. If the lower part of your nose is wide
In this case you need cartilage reshaping, for example, resecting your tip cartilage or repositioning or grafting your own cartilage which is taken from another body part.

3. If your nose alar is wide
We make incision on the bottom of both nose alar and make wide nose wing smaller.
