Cam's Real Story!

Types Of Surgery: Two Jaw Surgery, V-Line, Incision Double Eyelid, Epi Canthoplasty, Lateral Canthoplasty & Lower Canthoplasty

BEFORE & AFTER

Before my surgery, I received a great amount of stress; I was always depressed and sad so I decided that I do not want to go through this pain anymore. I felt like if I do not get surgery done, I would regret it in the future so I decided to get plastic surgery.

SURGERY D-DAY
I was so nervous that my whole body started shaking.
I got back on track and took the before surgery photographs but they came out so ugly that I got a shock. I had a hemo-bag with me so I couldn’t move much and I just slept through the rest of the time. I couldn’t eat anything until the next morning and I also couldn’t breathe properly so the first night after my surgery was hell for me.

POST SURGERY – DAY 3
I couldn’t eat any solid food so I only consumed juice and soy milk. I couldn’t open my mouth big so I could only eat food that could go into my mouth with an ice-cream spoon.

POST SURGERY – DAY 7
The removal of stitches was not as painful as I thought it would be. Also, a few days after surgery, they advised me that it is good to walk a lot to reduce the swelling, so I went on walks with my mother a lot. I still cannot imagine how I would look after the de-swelling and I was constantly hungry.

POST SURGERY – WEEK 2
I don’t have trouble breathing anymore. But I can’t brush my teeth which is making me go crazy. Because I have tight retainers on, I can only gargle and I cannot brush my teeth. I also lost quite a lot of weight. I keep eating porridge every day so I am frustrated and hungry. But for beauty, I have to bear with it.

POST SURGERY – MONTH 1
Now I can brush my teeth and I feel so refreshed. The surgeon advised me that drinking water would be very good for me so I am drinking as much water as I can. Every day, I look into the mirror and check my teeth and also how much I can open my mouth, I also try smiling as much as I can.

Having a two-jaw surgery is not easy and it is also very expensive, but it is a surgery that people like me need. Also, I think that the clinic you choose to go to is very important. A two-jaw surgery should be done in a safe and trustworthy clinic. I really researched in many clinics about the two-jaw surgery but I went to Cinderella Plastic Surgery Clinic and the surgeon was also very trustable.

Shin Hye Park's Real Story

Types of Surgery: Facial Contour (Cheekbones, Front Chin & Square Jaw), Double Eyelids & Rhinoplasty

BEFORE & AFTER

BEFORE SURGERY

Before getting my surgery done, my facial structure was protruding and I thought that it was the muscles so I went to get Botox done, but constantly getting Botox done is also stressful so I decided to get a facial contouring surgery. Since I decided to do my eyes and nose as well.

POST SURGERY - DAY 1

Right after my surgery, I did not notice if my eyes, nose, and cheekbones were in pain because I felt the most pain from my jawline. On the first day, my throat was also in so much pain and it was so hard for me.

POST SURGERY - WEEK 1

I couldn’t open my mouth properly for one week, but of course with time, everything was healing.

POST SURGERY - WEEK 7

I still minor de-swelling left but my jawline looks natural just like I wanted it to look. It was smooth, so I was very satisfied. My nose and eyes also looks very natural and pretty, and the swellings also reduced and I was very satisfied. However, I still have to be careful with opening my mouth and when I am chewing my food. For now, it is best to not chew on any solid or chewy food.

POST SURGERY - MONTH 4

These are my recent photographs~ Do you see my smooth curve now? Even when I take photographs with my friends, I can see that my face looks smaller as well. I did not get any side effects like having saggy skin. I’m getting more satisfied day by day. Now I can also chew on hard and chewy food. My face is no longer as asymmetrical as it was before and when I take my pictures, I rarely use Photoshop. I like it very much.

POST SURGERY - YEAR 1

Even to this day, the surgery is not that obvious, so I am very satisfied. Anyway, for those who are still worrying and thinking of your surgeries, be like me and choose a good hospital! You will get the best results!

Reiko's Real Story!

TYPES OF SURGERY: EPICANTHOPLASTY, LATERAL CANTHOPLASTY & LOWER CANTHOPLASTY

BEFORE & AFTER

Up to the day before surgery, I had good meals and I had fun too but as it became night time, I started my fast. My surgery was in the noon, but they told me to fast for 6 hours. On the day of my surgery, I could not even apply skin lotion.

SURGERY D-DAY

For my surgery, I was given a local sedation (anaesthesia) and also anaesthesia injections for the eyes. Before my own surgery, I saw many before and after images so I wasn’t worried but because the surgeon told me that eye injection (for anaesthesia) might be a little painful, I was scared but thankfully it wasn’t painful at all. I really cannot stand pain. Today my eyes were really swelled up. I couldn’t even close my eyes properly because of the swelling, and I thought something went wrong with my surgery. Hahaha!

Post Surgery – Week 2
There was really a lot of differences in the span of two weeks. I’ve also heard around me that the surgery went really well. Because two weeks has passed, my swellings have also reduced so much. For those who have quite a lot of swelling, don’t worry! Time and patience really is the key.

Post Surgery – Month 3
I feel like all the stress that I have received is all gone now. I feel so satisfied now. I only did my eyes but I received so many compliments and even if I only use little make up, I can see a big difference!

Post Surgery – Month 5
It’s been 5 months now! My double eyelid lines are also settled in and it turned out exactly how I want it so I am extremely satisfied. As you can see in the pictures, there is no scars either! Even the people around me were asking if it is possible for the surgery to look so natural. This makes me think that I made the best decision to do my double eyelid surgery in Cinderella Clinic.

Understanding The Processes of Facial Contouring with Dr. Sun Min Hong, The Facial Contouring Expert in Cinderella Plastic Surgery Clinic

Eventhough your features may look very beautiful, if it doesn’t match your facial structure, your beauty would not be complete. To achieve a completed beautiful face, it is important for the facial structure and facial features to compliment each other. There are very few people who have the perfect facial structure and features naturally, which is why many people turn to facial contouring surgery to improve their facial features. If a patient wants to do V-Line just to get a small face and carelessly decides on that, the results may be overwhelming.

For this reason, we would like to learn more about the facial contouring surgery from Dr. Sun Min Hong, who is a prestige and top notch Korean Board-certified Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon. He is also a Graduate of Seoul University Dental College, Medical Specialist of the Oral and Maxillofacial Department at Seoul University Hospital and also Former Professor of Clinical Dentistry in Hanlim Graduate School. On top of that, he published academic journals in Korea and internationally. Moreover, his surgeries are known for having very minimal bleeding, fast recovery and de-swelling period, thus why he not only has patients in South Korea, but he also has patients from Japan, China, Southeast Asia and more coming in to see him consistently.

In most cases, patients tend to look older because their cheekbones and jawlines are big or protrude out. “In a facial contouring surgery, you would have to shave the bones down to make the facial structure harmonious to the facial features. Furthermore, the jawline would be smoother and look natural,” he said.
He also added, “many patients are afraid of their skin sagging and having visible scars so we use an endoscope to check the surgical areas to ensure that there will be no visible scars and we also use alignment pins to secure the skin from sagging.” The ideal faceline should consist of a volumous frontal cheekbone which makes your face look three-dimensional. In cheekbone surgeries, we give volume to the frontal cheekbone and reduce the side cheekbone to achieve a younger look which will give you a satisfactory result.
For the results of the surgery, safety is a very important factor as well. If the facial contouring surgery is not performed properly, side effects such as inflammation and infection could occur. If you want the recovery period to be faster with minimal side effects, make sure to do research and gather enough experience information with your facial contouring surgeon. Moreover, you would have to make sure that the hospital’s medical system and anaesthetic system is perfectly equipped to ensure a safe surgery from thr time you start until your surgery ends.

TYPES OF SURGERY: CHEEKBONE REDUCTION + V-LINE

BEFORE & AFTER

BEFORE SURGERY

I’ve heard from many people that my eyes, nose and lips are pretty but I received a lot of stress because of the shape of my face. Because of that, I would always cover the sides of my face but I heard from my friends about this clinic so I ended getting a consultation and got my surgery done here as well! I got a cheekbone reduction and V-Line.

POST SURGERY - DAY 3

For a few days after my surgery, I could only sleep for 1-hour maximum. When I looked into the mirror, I felt like I had turned into a steamed bun! Also, because I couldn’t eat well, I lost about 5kgs.

POST SURGERY - DAY 8

1 week after the surgery, my swellings reduced All this time, I was a little frustrated and stressed because of the swelling There are still some swellings left but whenever I look into the mirror now, I’m always happy. I can also eat anything I want now; I can even put two spoons in my mouth. There’s still some big swellings but I would really love to see how the line looks after the swellings reduce.

POST SURGERY - WEEK 4

Nowadays I don’t even have to use the compression mask all day so I really like it. I look way younger than I did before surgery so I like that too. Now I feel like a beautiful girl. My swellings reduced so much and my pronunciations got better as well. I still have some swelling in my mouth, but as the day passes by, I feel myself getting even more comfortable. I even cut up and ate meat and chicken.

Wiwat's Real Story!

TYPES OF SURGERY: V-LINE, NOSE REVISION, NOSTRIL REDUCTION & FAT GRAFTING

BEFORE & AFTER

BEFORE SURGERY

Hi, my name is Wiwat and I work in the broadcast field in Thailand. Before getting my surgery done, my biggest complex was my facial structure. My face was long and I also had a square jaw, so whenever I was on broadcast, my face would look big. My face overall has no volume which also contributed to how huge of a complex my face is to me. Of course there are people around me who say that my face now doesn’t look bad so many of them do ask me why I want to get surgery done. As someone who works in broadcast, I do tend to get more opinionated on my features, and that’s why I decided to get plastic surgery done.

POST SURGERY - DAY 5

I look like a carp right? Haha!
However, it did not swell up as much as I was expecting it to, so I guess that is a relief!
I’ll have to use the ice pack more often.

POST SURGERY - DAY 7

As time passes by, it’s starting to look natural and I am very satisfied with it. I did the V-Line, Rhinoplasty and Fat Grafting all at once but there was no botching at all and I was very glad that everything turned out well. Also, when I go to the clinic, the consultants, coordinators and doctors treat me so well so I am very thankful.

POST SURGERY - DAY 25

For my nose, for the first two weeks, my sensory was weak but within the third week, my sensory was coming back. After doing my alar reduction surgery, I was worried if my scars would look too obvious but as you can see, the scars are not visible at all. I also felt that my jawline swellings were almost all reduced during the third week post-surgery. There is still a little swelling left but I’m sure it will reduce even more.

Firstly, I think I’ve gain more confidence in myself which makes me feel good and because of the fat grafting, I look way younger than before. My friends also tell me that my aura has also changed quite a lot. Since I’m meeting my friends after a long time, they were very surprised too. They ask me why my aura has changed, and also tell me that I have become more handsome.

I hope everyone could be cool and find confidence like I did!

Yang Hyewon's Real Story!

TYPES OF SURGERY: ORTHOGNATHIC SURGERY & JAWLINE SURGERY

BEFORE & AFTER

I am a 30 years old housewife with a 4 years old daughter. I also have malocclusion and uneven facial structure which makes me look like I am an angry person, as I have heard from some people. And when I eat, I use the inner part of my jaw to chew, so I have never tried chewing with the frontal side of my mouth. To be honest, it wasn’t this severe when I was younger, but when I hit puberty, my chin elongated and while everyone was being pretty and using make-up when they go out, I used to go out in secret avoid showing my face as it was my biggest complex.

I’ve heard from many people who judged me that by just looking at my face, they assumed that because I am ugly, my attitude also would be bad. In my life, I have received so much hurt. Even my husband whom I trusted the most left me and left the house. I feel like this is just not right so I decided that I want to start a new life, which made me decide that I want to do plastic surgery.

POST SURGERY - DAY 1

As you could see, the surgery was a success! When I went into the operation theatre, I was really nervous. After waking up from my general anesthesia, I was already in the recovery room. I was so absent-minded after surgery and it didn’t hurt but I was cold I felt a little stuffy. I had to sleep with sedation on this day.

POST SURGERY - 2 WEEKS

Before my surgery, I looked up pictures of after surgery and everyone seemed to sleep while lying down, so I decided to try as well but it was really, really uncomfortable. After moving around to find the right position to sleep, I was in discomfort for a few hours and ended up putting my pillows up high and slept off. The surgeon also told me that I had to start practicing opening my mouth and jaw, so every morning, noon and evening I practice for 10 minutes.

POST SURGERY - 4 MONTHS

When I think of my face before surgery, the bottom part of my mouth is protruded that makes me look angry all the time as I have heard from people. But when I look at my mouth and jawline now, I can see that it changed so much. Because I am constantly eating porridge, I end up going to the washroom often and I get hungry fast too. Slowly, my breathing is getting better and I am starting to sleep well now. I am very happy nowadays.

POST SURGERY - 6 MONTHS

Nowadays, I am living without much worry. Previously, I could only eat porridge so I think this is why now I can only eat about half a bowl of rice, which has caused me to lose a lot of weight as well. But, now I can eat whatever I want! From the beginning to now, I can see all the differences and good progress on my face, so I have been living a very fun life. For those who are thinking of orthognathic surgery! Please stay strong! Your struggle will only be temporary…you should get your surgery done!
